For the safety of all guests, outside food is not permitted. This helps us reduce the risk of allergen exposure in shared play spaces, ensuring a safe environment for everyone.

We kindly ask all visitors to respect this policy and be mindful of those with allergies. Guests found with outside food will be asked to pack it away.

If you’re feeling hungry during your visit, our café has a great selection of food and drinks available for purchase.

Adults who are spectators or non-participants are free and do not need to buy a ticket.

To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests, we only allow cakes if you’ve booked one of our party rooms. Unfortunately, we do not permit outside cakes during general admission visits.
If you’d like to celebrate with a cake, feel free to check out our party packages!

No we don’t reserve tables. Table seating is based on a first-come, first-served basis.

All Bookings are non-refundable.  You may reschedule your visit for another day.

We recommend booking online to secure your preferred tickets.

Walk-ins are welcome, but availability is not guaranteed—especially on weekends and during school holidays when we often sell out.

Yes as long as the socks have grip on the bottom they can be worn at Rush.

Items not collected within 2 weeks will be disposed.

We do not allow children on the equipment if they have a cast.

Yes Rush is wheelchair accessible.

Yes we offer exclusive hire Monday to Saturday from 4.30pm to 7pm.  Contact us to book yours.

Yes all participants need to sign a waiver.  You can view and sign our waiver here 

HOUSE RULES

  • Parental supervision is required at all times.
  • Grip socks are required to be worn on our equipment at all times by all participants including parents supervising their children.
  • We do not allow children/adults on the equipment if they have a cast.
  • Height and weight limits apply for all activities, please observe before use.
  • Use and participation in all activities at Rush Adventureland are at guests’ own risk
  • No rough play, anyone observed exhibiting bullying, harassment or unlawful conduct will be asked to leave, no refund will be given.
  • For the safety of all our customers, we strictly do NOT allow outside food – as some common allergens can hide in food and spread in the play areas. People who are caught with outside food will be asked to pack it up.
  • No smoking/vaping within the centre and 5m of the entry doors.
  • Self-catering for personal birthday parties (not booked with Rush Adventureland) including birthday cake is not permitted.
