General Admission, Attraction Tickets & Play Packages

General Admission, Play Packages and all Attraction Tickets are non-refundable purchases, however you can reschedule for a later date/time. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule a ticket. Please note that there may be limitations on the dates/time you are able to select for rescheduling, including but not limited to, peak school holiday periods and public holidays. Birthday Parties, Group Bookings & Vacation Care Excursions

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking a Birthday Party, Group Booking or Vacation Care Package. If you find your needs change you can reschedule for a later date/time. We require a minimum of 7 days notice to reschedule a booking. Please note that there may be limitations on the dates/time you are able to select for rescheduling, including but not limited to, peak school holiday periods and public holidays.
